SENTINEL (Only available when the HYPERSPEED option is fitted)

JDN MONOCRANE have created a solution offering peace of mind and a practical and cost effective Hoist monitoring system called SENTINEL.
 
This system monitors the following crane functions:

• DUTY & SERVICE:
  SENTINEL accumulates actual Operating Time of the Hoist and numbers of starts associated with the operating time.
  Because of the variable nature of hoist loads, SENTINEL measures the load being lifted and the associated lift time,
  accumulates this data, and develops the actual load spectrum as per AS1418.
  With this data, SENTINEL develops the number of Operating hours between Service Intervals and provides an output
  when the Hoist Service Interval is reached as per AS2550.
  SENTINEL continues to accumulate the data providing TOTAL Service Hrs used and End of Life Hrs as a function of
  CLASSIFICATION and LOAD SPECTRUM.
  SENTINEL provides an output when the TOTAL Service Hrs has reached the End of Life Hrs.
  
• OPERATION:
  SENTINEL monitors Load and records the accumulated Total of Overloads for the customers information.
  SENTINEL also monitors Load Snatch and records the accumulated Total of Load Snatches for customers information.
  
• FAULTS:
  SENTINEL continuously monitors crane operation and will provide analysis data for 24 faults in association with Electronics,
  Motor and electrical supply. These faults are individualized and accumulated for permanent record and analysis.
  OVERLOADS (F26) AND LOAD SNATCH are recorded.

SENTINEL displays the last 5 faults for evaluation and analysis.

  SENTINEL continuously monitors crane operation and will provide analysis data for 24 faults in association with Electronics,
  Motor and electrical supply. These faults are individualized and accumulated for permanent record and analysis.
  OVERLOADS (F26) AND LOAD SNATCH are recorded.
